Hi,
There are two possibilities; either you are having a disturbed cycle due to hormonal imbalance, or you may be having a threatened abortion. Urine pregnancy tests do not give positive results when the levels of hormone in the blood are low as they are not so sensitive. you may need blood tests and a sonogram. Please consult your gynecologist as you need a physical examination to see the condition of the cervix as well. Take care.
