Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

Depression is an episodic mood disorder and it usually manifest in chronic course. Treatments for depression is usually advised for long duration and discontinuation of treatment should be done only with advise of psychiatrist. As you discontinued the medicines and now your symptoms have started manifesting again in form of negative thinking, inability to finish tasks, low self confidence, poor concentration. I would advise you to please visit your psychiatrist for treatment again. Most of medicines are available in form of tablets and common antidepressants are not available in injectable form. Start taking treatment again for your betterment.

Thanks
