Stopped Having Periods. Suddenly Having Discharge. Having Hot Sweats And Not Sleeping Well. Suggestion?

I am 56yrs old , stopped having periods for 3 yrs , suddenly started a discharge ,first it was yellow then changed to a pinky white, I used a Tampax which was really uncomfortable so I removed it straight away and the had a small bleed of fresh blood , which stopped all in two days , I feel slightly itchy so dont feel good ,no more discharge ,haven't been sexually active for a year the last time it was really uncomfortable . Struggling with hot sweats especially at night, so not sleeping well . Have been on HRT stopped in 2011 . Not sure wether to go to doctor for examination ?

Your symptoms of blood stained discharge, needs to be evaluated. better to get PAP smear done and USG abdomen done to know endometrial thickness.

Uncomfortable feeling during sex is due to hormonal changes, reduced secretions in vagina, so it will be dry.
Better to consult your doctor and get evaluated.
