Strange Black Spot On The Tip Of One Of The Toes That Doesn T Hurt
Hi, I just took off my socks to clip my toenails, when I noticed a strange black spot on the tip of one of my toes. It s under the skin, so at first I thought it was just lint from my socks that had been trapped under healed skin. But I tried to burrow into it, and it doesn t seem like that at all. It doesn t hurt, but I m a little worried about it now. What could this thing be? I ve looked online for answers and melanoma keeps popping out, which is pretty scary. It could just be coagulated blood, but I d expect at least a little pain from that. Yet there s none.
This could be due to some injury, plantar warts and melanoma as well. It would be of great help for me to distinguish if you have attached a picture of your lesion with your query.
I suggest you to visit your dermatologist for a complete and detailed checkup and treatment if needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
