Hi and thank you im worried about a strange pain in my chest running through to my back between my lower shoulder blades i have a feeling that i have an obstruction and when swallowing foid or drink it seems to take a while to get past the point around the breast bonebone areas i have had this feeling for around 48hrs but cant get to see my gobtill tues nect werk thanks
