Strange Sensation In Penis While Having Sex With Discharge Unlike Normal Ejaculation Or Lubrication. Is This Normal?

Greetings. I have a strange feeling in my penis that recently came up. When I have sex, be it with or without protection, I feel a certain "discharge" that is not equivalent to ejaculation. It is a sensation at the very tip of my head. I would liken it to the feeling of a plunger being loosed from a liquid buildup (i.e. vaginal walls/wetness, condom lubrication). Is this normal? Does the penis "pulsate" like this when exposed to such pleasure?
