Stress, Low Blood Pressure, Flutters In Center Of Chest

Yes, I am a 57 yr old female, very healthy, but I have a high stress job. I had day surgery 1st of Feb. , and shortly after, I had trouble with low blood pressure , although that is now ok. But I have very light flutters in upper center of chest in the early mornings. They don t last very long, just long enought to wake me up. And not very often. I am concerned.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

You should be examined by your doctor to arrive at the cause of that feeling. A ECG may be required.

I also advise you to follow the undermentioned life style changes.....

1. Meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, etc will help.
2. Go for a walk. Recreational exercises will be of use.
3. Do not take the whole problem on yourself. After doing your part leave it to God.
4. Some times slowing down in life helps. Play with kids.
5. Do not try to be the best always.
6. You can find thousands of websites with literature on time management. It is important.
7. Listen to music, do some gardening work...
8. Pray God.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
