Stressed, Having Headache, Tingling Cheek, Numb Head. Should I Be Concerned?

I ve been under a lot of stress lately w/losing my job of 12 yr s due to a downsizing . Have had mild headaches , but not migraines...the left side of my cheek has been tingling and going a little numb off and on for a few days, yesterday during a meeting the right side of my head went totally numb for about 2 or 3 minutes? should I be concerned or see a doctor for it?

Hello,
I had gone through the case and found that you must be concerned for the headache.

You need some psychological councelling and do relaxation exercise . If stress is more then take some relaxant medicine like alprox or other after consultation with psychactric doctor.

Hope my advise will be effective for you.

Thanks
