Stretched Ears, Earlobes Have Become Red, Painful And Swollen. Infection?

I stretched my ears recently I went from 6mm to 8mm normally the stretches are only 1mm apart. I out in my tapers and they didn't go in so I lubed them up and they went it. My earlobes become swollen(hard) and very red. Painful to touch as well. I took out the tapers and the pressure was released. I bled quite a bit from both ears. I cleaned them out. Three days later(today) swelling ha reduced greatly however my ears are leaking a clear fluid that becomes hard and bleed a little enough to crust up. Today I noticed the bottom of my earlobes were red is this a symptom of my infection or something different?
