Strong Headaches In Temple, Shooting Pain In Lower Back Of Head, Felt Body Reflex. Should I Be Worried?

I am 28 years old. I am having strong headaches in the temple region and shooting pain near the lower back side of the head. Yesterday night after applying pain balm, i was relaxing and trying to sleep but before sleep. i can remember my body moved on its own as a reflex twice..my legs and hands moved automatically. Should i be worried

Hi, it appears that you might be having hypertension, anxiety, tensions, or migraine. It could be the seizures caused by either of the above. Other causes include previous head injury, or ischemia of brain.
so i advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
