Stuffy Nose, Fatigue, Throat Tightness, Low Energy, Head Pressure, Intermittent Cough. Reason, Treatment?

I have had my nose feeling stuffy for few weeks and post nasal drip in back of thraot, and for last 24 hrs I ve been feeling fatigue and my throat feels tight. I can breath and talk but I have no energy and the tightness feeling in my throat is scary. My head hasn t really been hurting but I have been feeling head pressure as well as off and on cough

Hello,
You seem to be affected with an attack of rhinitis,i.e., an infection of the nose and upper respiratory passage.
Though it is a troublesome condition, it is not dangerous; so, don't you worry.
Take warm saline gargle.
Avoid cold foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Take a nasal decongestant and an antiallergic tablet.
If cough's troubling you, take a cough linctus.
Get a total and differential count of blood done.
A throat swab culture and sensitivity test is also advisable.
If your problem persists, don't hesitate to consult your family physician/ ENT Specialist.
