Stuffy Nose, Sickness, Sinus Infection. On Antibiotics. Help?

Hello. My son has a stuffy nose and is getting over a cough due to a sinus infection he has. His doctor prescribed anti-biotic for it. He's been on it for 5 days now and is still retally congested. Tomorrow at school they will be having swimming. Is it alright for him to swim if he's still getting over his sickness

Hi,
Along with antibiotic give him decongestant medicine which will help him for symptomatic relief.
It is better to avoid swimming as it may aggrevate his cold and he may give infection to others as well.
Avoid cold drinks.
Ok and take care.
