Stye On Eye. Taken Antibiotics, Not Getting Better. Suggestions?

I have a stye on my eye that is very stubborn. I have been on antibiotics and a steroid opthalmic solution which only served to severly inflame my eyes. The inflamation has cleared up, but the stye is persistent. I am no longer taking the antibiotics and don't want to do another round. I have also tried using a tea bag and warm wash cloth to draw out the infection...but it is hanging on. Any suggestions?

Hi,
After active infection stye remains for few days or weeks.
Go on putting antibiotic eye drops for few days, three times a day.
Gradually it will be absorbed.
Some time it becomes fibrosed, then it should be excised.
Ok and take care.
