Su Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

Hello doctor ,My name is sukhi and I am 43 years old. I am 5"4 inches tall. I had a recent M.R.I and have spinal stenosis at c4 and c7 . I had a c5-c6 discectomy and fusion done in Dec.1992.My doctor said that I might need another surgery to fix this. Please help me with your opinion. Thankyou in advance
