Hello In my opinion, there is no relation the sinus/ENT symptoms that you have mentioned and blurring of vision. For blurring of vision, you should get your vision tested and if vision is found to be defective, you should go for a refraction and fundus examination. On basis of the findings, the treatment can be initiated for blurring of vision. For bleeding nose, you should get a bleeding and clotting time test done and take some vitamin C along with some liquid parafin drops in the bleeding nostril. You should avoid, putting finger into the nose. However, you can continue with the anti-allergic treatment being taken as prescribed by your doctor. Regards
