Sudden Bruises Appearing On The Body, Usually At Night. Family History Of Condition. Causes?

i have bruises that appears on my body, normally overnight i wake up to see it,it happens from time to time,but i dont feel any pains and it dissapears in a day or 2,my mom and gran mom age 58 and 85 experience this also,but they said its nothing to worry about,but am 33 and worried i need your professional advice.

-sudden bruising may be a result of a seemingly insignificant compression of skin or there may be no skin injury recollected.

-sudden bruising can occur when the blood vessels are weakened by diseases
such as scurvy,
medications (such as aspirin, prednisone and prednisolone),

-sudden bruising can also occur because of absent or deficient blood-clotting elements.

-Local leakage of blood into the skin from the capillaries that occurs spontaneously, without injury, and results in a flat, purplish discolored area is referred to as ecchymosis.

kindly rule out all possible conditions with complete blood picture
