Sudden Dizziness With Sweating, Hearing Loss & Problem In Eyesight. What Could Be This?

Today I was at work and all of a sudden i went extremely pale, dizzy and started sweating rather bad, I felt like I was on fire. For a few minutes my hearing went funny. Then it changed to my eyesight. This lasted about 30 minutes and had to be sent home. Nothing else happened throughout the day until I started to walk about then the same thing happened again. Any help?
