DEAR SIR/MADAM

MOST OFTEN PATIENTS WITH GESTATIONAL DIABETES MELLITUS PROGRESS TO TYPE 2 DIABETES IN A VERY SHORT INTERVAL OF TIME.
BUT MOST OF THEM WITH GOOD DIET AND EXERCISE DO FALL BACK TO NORMAL.

IDEALLY GET YOUR HBA1C TESTED AND CONSULT YOUR DIABETOLOGIST AND START MEDICATION IMMEDIATELY

THANKS
