Sudden Onset Of Severe Fatigue At Random Times. What Is Wrong?

I am a 28 year old female, and have been having some VERY unusual symptoms that are worrying me greatly. I have had excessive swelling from the knee down which happens mostly in the evening but also will happen during random times, and my hands for several years (I am overweight now, but was thin when the swelling started years ago), but over the past 6 months, I have had a dull to, at times, sharp pain in the same spot in my right lung (mid to upper right lung), most recently, severe head aches , uneven heartbeat or feeling like it does a few random slams against my chest and then goes back to normal as well as a SUDDEN onset of VERY bad fatigue like I have to go to sleep, and go to sleep NOW. No waiting! What could be wrong with me!? Several months ago, I thought it was a heart attack because I was also getting a pinching type pain where my left arm meets my chest, and went to the ER, where they hooked me up to a heart monitor (after my heart had stopped beating irregularly, of course), and took blood samples to send to the lab to test for heart attack and Pulmonary Embolism. However, the hospital mislabled the first round of blood so they had to do another round of blood draws, and then they LOST those - so I got no answer on what was wrong! Any ideas on what this could be??? Could this be caused by the mold in my home!? All of these symptoms come back to back or together starting with the swelling...then the chest pain , then the irregular heart beating (or feeling like it s flip-flopping in my chest), then I get VERY tired, and also have been feeling like I m having an athsma attack around that time as well. Any advice would be appreciated, as I am VERY worried, but I do not have appropriate health care where I am (as you can tell by the incompetent ER staff losing my blood labs - they are known for letting people die in their waiting rooms here from lack of care - and the health clinic is no better!)!
