Sudden Onset Of Throat Irritation, Body Ache, Headache, Fever With Chills. Is It Flu?

Hello I m very worried about my girlfriend, yesterday her throat started becoming irritated, and now today she s extremely sick, she has body aches, mainly her back, she s very hot and cold at the same time, a bad headache , I thought she might have the flu but it s different I ve never seen anyone get so sick out of nowhere

this symptoms more like viral infection,may be flu so better consult doctor. this kind of patients I will treat symptomatically if no complications. ask her to drink warm water,antipyretic , and rest may help.
