Sudden Palpitations, Chest Burn, Dizziness. Reasons ?

Hi sir, HI Feel palpitations suddenly if feel chest burn . If i climb stairs i have pounding heart beats. Then i feel like conscious about breathing . Feeling like i am breathing voluntarily. Feeling dizzy now a days. Sometimes while having palpitations feels my heart hardly beating for one beat and again turns normal and beats fast after that particular beat.

Palpitation could be due to many causes like anemia, panic , hyper dynamic circulation, thyroid disorders etc...

I advise you to consult your physician for detailed examination.
