Sudden Rise In Heart Rate, Weakness In Legs, Light-headedness, Chest Pressure. Causes For Symptoms?

hi, after finishing supper, i started to do the dishes and suddenly, my heart rate jumped up, over 120 bpm. my legs became weak and i became lightheaded. it has been 15 minutes now and i still feel the same, although it feels like someone is pushing on my windpipe or chest . could i be allergic to something? is it heart related?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is difficult to conclude from this description.
Food allergy / incidental problem of heart, not related to food - arrhythmia or angina - anything might be responsible.
The ideal option will be to go the ER / get yourself examined / may be a few basic blood tests too

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
