Sudden Rush. No Anxiety Or Sleep Medication. How To Get Rid Of It?

Hi, my name's Sayra, I'm 23 female. And about a month ago, not every night, but very frequently, before i go to sleep, and while I'm laying, I started to feel this sudden rush, I really dunt know how to describe it. It's like my body fills with this "energy", so I feel the need to move in order to "find" a comfortable position, or to relief this "need".
And I do not take any anxiety or sleep medication now or in the past

Hello Sayra,

Thank you so much for writing to us. Have you ever had " Acidity" and taken pills for it. When acidity increases then there could be a chance for gas formation which is causing you to do all these. I would kindly suggestyou to consult a GP nearby before i worsens.

Take care and have a nice time
