Sudden Thud Feeling In Chest, Vibrating And Pain In Abdomen. History Of Having Tachycardia. Is This Serious?

Often I wake up with a sudden thud feeling in chest. Have been diagosned with Tachycardia in the past. Also have a vibrating sound sometimes in the upper adomenden and pain when bending a certain way. Take synthroid and beta blockers but nothing seems to help. EKG and blood levels were normal. Is something being overlooked.

sudden thud feeling in the chest. in the diagnosed of tachycardia
you did not mention from when you are taking synthroid?
this can be due to synthriod as these vl cause tachycardia in overdose
so kindly check for thyroid levels in the blood (T3,T4,TSH).
ecg is normal
pain in the upper abdomen and pain while bending can be because of thyrotoxicosis or due to muscle spasm - so kindly take meftal spas twice daily for 2 days to rule out muscle spasm.
if not check blood levels of thyroid
if everything seems normal then you need not worry.
