Suffer From Glaucoma. Used Dorzox - T With With Travaton. Have Irritation And Ulcer In Mouth. Now Have Infection In Eyes. Prognosis?

I am Neelam Chaubey age 42 years , recently i came to know I am suffering from Glucuma , but the problem is that the eye drop which is prescribed by Dr. is not shuting to me, first medicine was prescribed to me Dorzox - T along with Travaton since my eye pressure was not coming down due to the same i was getting irritation & than alcer in my mouth than again it was told to me stop Dorzox - T and continue with Travaton along with Timolast but after using the same with in 3 days I got the infection in eyes i was feeling very uncomfortable & irritation burning sensation , now today I had shown to Doc than he told me to stop Travaton but continue with Timolast with Vigamox ( for 8 days)
Doc please advise what shud I do , Tired with drops
You are getting right treatment.Immediately,you need antibiotic drops for infection and vigamox eye drop is rightly given. It has wide range of coverage.
If you are allergic to certain drugs then different combinations can be tried.
Target of intraocular pressure is around 10-13 mmHg.Prostaglandin are the first choice drugs.
If pressure is not optimally controlled by topical drops the surgery is the last option.Trabeculectomy is done for relieving pressure.
