I've had bad anxiety for 10 yrs since I got hit in head with softball..i finally got back on adhd meds recently and its helped but here lately at night which is when I take it I'm waking up after just falling asleep with the chest pain feeling like I can't breathe and afraid of heartattack..I have experienced allergies the last 2 summers and this yr it seems worse..I worked in yard all and started getting dull headache..well I got ready to lay down about an hr ago and fell asleep but was woke right up scared with a dizzy feeling..my head felt heavy and still does and head feels worse..I'm really scared ugh I hate this..it feels like it keeps filling up with pressure..pls help
