Hello
Thank you for your query.
I wonder why you would have such negative thinking, as we are here to help you and not laugh at you.
I admire you for putting up your query.
If you have not been on any anti psychotic medications, please do not worry about the safety of your baby.
Just plainly being worried cannot affect the baby.
However anxiety would lead to stress, insufficient weight gain , hypertension etc.
I hope you realize that there is no point of worrying.
You should be in consultation with a Psychiatrist who could offer you counselling and behavioural therapy for your depression and anxiety instead of drugs.
AM sure the upcoming pregnancy should keep you positive and happy.
Take care.
