Thanks for posting,
If MRI is normal it means there is probably no obvious intracranial lesions like hematoma/hemorrhage, infection, tumor etc and therefore the cause might due to migraine or may originate from other systems order than the brain. You need to get your blood pressure checked ( i presume it is normal since you did not mention that). If the conclusive.suspected cause is migraine then I suggest you start on deyhdroergotamie or analgesic medications such as tramadol or acetamenophen/paracetamol or NSAID such as ibuprofen to see if the head ache is controlled.
If headache persist then it is high time you book an appointment with a neurologist for further investigation and treatment.
Hope this helps
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Head ache is a vast subject could be due to tension to tumers in the brain. Of course intracranial tumers and intra cranial pathologies are excluded by M.R.I.
It could be migrain, sinusitis, upper respiratory infections, or some chronic infections, and the most commen anxiety and tension.
I advise you to consult a neuro physician for diagnosis and treatment. If he fails you can approach E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods as these can irritate gastric mucosa and nervous system .
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
