Suffer From Premature Ejaculation, Nocturnal Emission. Any Medication Without Side Effects?

Hi Sir i have a problem of early ejaculation while having sex with my wife i cant stay with here more than 30 seconds . so i try to continue even after ejaculation trying to satisfy her this has been in my practice for almost one year . i also have a problem of getting aroused by just touching her. for 10 days i have been away from my wife and having a problem of night fall without a day gape. plz suggest a medicine which does not have side effect and help me get rid of my problem.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of premature ejaculation.

In majority of cases cause of premature ejaculation is mind related and due to performance anxiety.
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
Please discuss your problem with your wife as her co operation is equally important to resolve your problem.
Please consult qualified Sexologist to modify sex techniques like stop and start and squeeze technique.
Use of drugs like Dapoxetine do help to delay ejaculation.
