Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your problems. I have had a lot of patients similar to you with their medical and psychiatric condition.

1. Premature ejaculation is a common problem that can be treated with medications that are prescribed by a psychiatrist. these medications are called SSRIs and they can be prescribed by a psychiatrist only.
2. Your wife's condition is not related to yours and she needs to consult a gynecologist.
3. I am sure you can have a baby if your semen analysis comes out good i.e. you do not have any problems with your semen and your wife is able to carry your baby i.e. she has met all the gynecological criteria.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day !
