Suffer Hormonal Migraines After Getting Mirena Coil Fitted

I suffer hormonal migranes and had the marina oil fitted to control my heavy bleeding. I have not bled for months, but this month I bled and had a 2 day migrane. Thats all over now and my period has just finished . i am so dizzy
and feeling sick. Very sick. I have tried to be sick but nothing happening. I have read it normal at start of period but i that the same for the end?

Hi,

Some IUD may precipitate migraine attacks, especially on the first days.

Nothing much to worry as it will subside on its own even without treatment.

You can take simple analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and be evaluated.
