Suffered From Flu Despite Getting The Flu Shot. Any Advice?

Hallo my name is patrick I visited my doctor to have the flue vaccine shot every year at last week at september,it worked every year,but this year,i got the flue,at christmas,and it finished after three weeks,now i have it again,it bothers me a lot because i feel the cold and it is nearley always,raining in the mountains,and not suiting me ,what is my best solution ,to this probelm as i like singing,but this sets ,me back ,and i take two long to recover

flu is caused by variety of viruses........flu vaccine is only for certain strains of viruses prevalent in a particular season...........

so you may get flu despite vaccination

some measures like hand washing, keeping away from people who have flu etc....may prevent it......but not completely

improving your immune system with healthy diet and proper exercise helps to a early recovery
