Suffered Golf Cart Accident. Right Gluteus Hurt And Hematoma In The Area. Accelerate Healing?

I suffered a golf cart accident where the golf cart landed on my right gluteus and resulted in a hematoma in the area. That was 6 weeks ago. I ve twice had the area drained (over 200cc s of fluid). I now have a small solid mass in the area and a large indentation of the trauma location. Will this ever completely heal? What can I do to accelerate the healing?

Hi hematoma forming over the injured site will be cured by its own within few days.if not get cured use a antibiotic and chymoral forte for faster healing of hematoma.hematoma in the gluteal region should be ruled out with bakers cyst.it is healed mostly by rest.rest helps for faster healing
