The fear and repetitive thoughts of episode of dizziness you are having are nothing but anxiety. More specifically it's anticipatory anxiety. Due to some significant stress our mind tend avoid such expert again and out of this we develop anxiety. Yoh had episode of TIA and presently every report is normal so there is no need to worry.
To avoid anxiety try breathing exercise, relaxation techniques, meditation yoga at home.
If you don't get proper relief visit a psychiatrist for episodic control of anxiety.
Thanks
Take care
