Suffering From Meniere's Disease. Sudden Onset Of Headache, Sweating And Vertigo. Could There Be Anything Else?

for years i have been dx s with meniere s disease. my last 6 years were spent in south carolina, where i never had 1 episode. since back in az, it is daily once again except the symptoms are much more severe. sudden onset of violent vertigo , profuse sweating, loss of hearing (r) ear. headache . could it be something other than menieres?

I think it is an exacerbation of meniere's.
