Suffering From PCOS. Lost A Baby Due To Preeclampsia. Reduced Menstruation. Pregnant?
I have PCOS and I was pregnant last year, had severe preeclampsia at 24 weeks and had to deliver early..baby passed away after only living 2 days, due to lung prematurity. I have had a steady period ever since, on time every month for about 5- 6 days. This month; I was 8 days late and my period was only 2 days long. Home pregnancy tests were negative, blood work was negative. Could I possibly be pregnant again, or could I have had a miscarriage?

Thanks for posting your query.
If your urine & blood beta HCG test were negative, it means neither you were pregnant nor you had undergone miscarriage.
Because beta HCG takes a week to come to zero even after pregnancy loss.
There are many causes of delayed & scanty bleeding like PCOS, stress, Hypothyroidism.
So consult your doctor for further evaluation.

Your period was 8 days late and duration for 2 days. You get home pregnancy test and blood test both negative.
So chance of pregnancy is very negligible.It may be confirmed by USG lower abdomen but your clinical presentation is not likely that.
You are suffering from PCOS,so there is chance of hormonal imbalance.As a result,period may be delayed or scanty period.It may be precipitated by over weight,thyroid dysfunction, hypertension, stress,psychological upset etc.
You have to check up these periodically with control of body weight and hypertension (as previous pregnancy with severe pre eclampsia)
To avoid possible risk in next pregnancy,you plan for baby with advice your doctor and need follow up periodically.
Also do light exercise everyday,take healthy diet, avoid stress and sleep well.
