Suffering From Thyroid

i am suffering from Thyroid , i had two mis carriage and now planning to have a baby , latest TSH test result was 0.75 , can i plan for a family now ? wat is the correct time to have intercourse which will halp me in conceiving faster

thanks for choosing health care majic.Your thyroid seems to be under control.Important is to know no the reason for last two abortion,consult your gynecologist and at least get invested for TORCH test,and if not taken take rubella vaccine after consulting your doctor.Ideally most fertile period is 4-5 days after your periods got over to next 4-5 days.
