You take tab.Oflox 200mg twice a day for 5 days.
Take plenty of water,
Avoid fried and chillies food.

please take care of proper sanitation IT is e.coli infection so drink boiled water n mind ur eating habits.you can drink coconut water and 12 glasses of water daily.best antibiotics are norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin.please visit gud physician
