Suffering From Acne Vulgaries

i am 44 , sex male. have been suffering from acne vulgaries for 2yrs . dandruff is more . on amlodipin5 . others like blood profile traces no problem, acne is in the both sides of the nose onlly , some is just bodys back side , annal fissure is a present . with the direction of doctor i took roaccutane 20 mg , one is in the morning another 1 in the night. anal fisure is gradually increased , i took 5 months , acne almost disappeared but again is reviving after it stops . oil face and hair ,pl give me advice ,

Hi,

Acne is multifactorial skin disease. As the acne is controlled,reduce the dose of isotretinoin to 5 mg per day .Keep itfor few months.For anal fissure, consult the surgeon.

Avoid oily food and avoid stress and anxiety to stop the recurrance of acne.
