Hello,

Welcome to the forum. The pain can be due to infection or incomplete healing of the surgical wound. You can take warm sitz bath, it will give you relief. Laxatives and warm milk at bed time will help to keep bowels soft. Analgesics can be taken in case of severe pain.

In such a case you should get clinically examined, you may need medical attention and antibiotics. Itching is an indication of infection that needs to be immediately controlled. Do not scratch.

Application of a thin film of soframycin oitment will help you get rid of itching. Take care.
