Suffering From Anxiety. Can Anxiety Make You Feel Like Head Is Going To Explode? Suggestions?
I have anxiety that actually developed about a year and a half ago. The severity of it comes and goes because sometimes it doesn't affect as bad and then sometimes I feel like dying. Firstly, I refuse to be on any medication for this whatsoever but I'm seeking other means to fix this. My question is can anxiety make you feel like you're head is going to explode? More specifically like it could be an anyeurism? Granted I've never had one but I was wondering if its something like that.
Anxiety is nothing but fear without any significant cause. It may manifest as tremors, palpitations, sweating, fear of death, heaviness in head etc symptoms. Treatment of anxiety consists of medicines and non medicinal treatment. Medicines like SSRI and SNRI group are commonly used and are devoid of serious side effects. Non medicinal treatment consists of Relaxation exercises as Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises, Breathing Exercises, Yoga etc. Behavior therapy is mainstay of treatment in anxiety. As you don't want to take medicines you can consult a Psychologist for non medicinal treatment.
