Suffering From Anxiety And Depression. Has Gastric Bypass 2 Years Ago. What Should Be Done?
I had gastric bypass over 2 years im getting anxiety and depression I cry alot im in school have 3 kids trying to find a job I was always a positive person, im in the point in my life were I should be fine but just really overwhelmed my concentration is a little off as well. what should I do I seen a therapist but feel It didn't really help much.
Hello Thanks for using health care magic, I have gone trough your query in detail and I can understand what you are going through. Your anxiety and depression will not heal by self. You surely need proper treatment for this. I suppose you have met a psychotherapist, but you need to see a psychiatrist, who along with the therapy would like to start you over with medication as well.
