Hello
Thanks for using health care magic,
I have gone trough your query in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Your anxiety and depression will not heal by self. You surely need proper treatment for this. I suppose you have met a psychotherapist, but you need to see a psychiatrist, who along with the therapy would like to start you over with medication as well.
Ones your depression and anxiety settle down then I think you should be doing well.
Hope I am of help to you.
Wish you good health,
Dr. Srikanth Reddy MD
