Suffering From Atopic Dermatitis, Skin On Face Becomes Inflamed Red, Itchy And Breakout Of Acne

Hello, I have been suffering from atopic dermatitis ever since I was a child and now i'm 19yrs old. But over the past 2 years the skin on my face becomes inflamed red and itchy and also leads to the breakout of acne and I have tried many different medicines but hone of them have given me a permanent solution to this problem. Currently i'm using Fucibet which doesn't seem to be working properly. Please help.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
What you are having now on the face might be acne and not atopic dermatitis. If you apply steroid over pimples it will become worse. You may wash your face two times a day with a sensitive soap free cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion. Apply clindamicin 1 % gel over the pimples in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide 2% gel over pimple prone areas in the evening. Benzoyl peroxide should be left only for 2 hours and then wash it off. Stop fucibet.
Hope this helped,
Take care
