Suffering From Bad Head Cold, Sore Throat, Lower Left Wisdom Tooth Broken. Is This Because Of Infection?

Hi. I was sick with a bad head cold. It lead to hot and cold sweats. I had to think to take a step forward to walk at it's worst. On the third day I had a soar throat. So, after looking at my throat a second time this day I noticed my lower left wisdom tooth is broken and hollowed out. I called an oral sergeon and said they won't pull the tooth for three days. Is this since I was sick for three days, or because I was sick because of an infection? I let them know my mouth is sore, my left tonsil is swollen, and the roof of my mouth is bubbly.

hello
you might be having a infected tooth which is broken/Carious.
Normally such infected tooth that which is wisdom tooth are removed after proper control of infection.otherwise there is more bleeding and pain during removal and
pain and poor healing of tissue later on.
So it is good that your doctor has said to wait.
Now meantime you must start Antibiotic like Tab. Amoxicillin +Clavulinic acid 625 mg three times a day
Also start---
Tab. Chymoral forte three times a day
Tab. Diclofenac 50 mg three times a day
Tab. paracetamol sos (if required for pain or fever)
Betadine gargle 2 tsf in half glass of water three times a day
Multivitamins.Do not eat hard food .avoid smoking and alcohol.
then u can follow up with ur dentist.
