Suffering From Breast Pain On Right Side

Breast pain both sides,Nothing found in mammography and sonography,
I am 42 years old and my weight is 61kg. I am suffering from regular Breast pain on right sides, no change in pain during the time of periods. I have consulted a breast specialist, and after that Memography and Sonography reports came out, Nothing found. Dr. suggested me simrose capsules. I am using it for five days . First two days was no pain but on third day it started again. Pls. provide me a solution.

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query.As you rule out any presence of breast lumps, i suspect your condition to be costochondritis. Pain while palpation above ribs will be characteristic. For my patients with such condition i treat with diclofenac or nimusulide tab orally or gel to apply locally.Hope this may help you.
