Suffering From Chest Pain, Will She Be Cured ?
Sir my sister has been suffering from chest pain for the last 2-3 weeks .she has also done x-ray,and the doctors said the her right chest is filled with some water.but for the last 3-4 years she has been getting treatment from cmc hospital vellore.she has been consulting a nephrologist doctor in cmc.the dr. said that it wil take at least years to be cured .so is there any connections with the kidney and chest................will she be cured .yhank u sir

There are many causes for water being filled in right side of chest. It can be due to infection like TB, kidney failure, liver failure, anemia or even due to lack of proteins. So better ask the doc like what it is due to and then you can get an idea.

My cousin had to go to the hospital everyday when she was pregnant to get her lungs drained. It was really hard for her to catch her breath. It started slow then got worse and worse. After a trillion tests the docs finally figured that her melanoma had come back and was taking over all her organs. Not to freak out. Just maybe suggest to get more tests done. Her lungs shouldnt fill ever. I would make sure that you get her to another doc for at least a second opinion. My cousin passed away a few days after giving birth at 6 months. Please do everything in your power. Dont go to U of M ann arbor either.Good luck

kidney disease specially nephrotic syndromes lead to urinary loss of protein thereby causing their decreased level in the blood often termed hypoproteinemia. this low level of protein can't hold water inside the blood vessels and lead to capillary leak of water, so is the symptom of facila puffiness, leg swelling fluid in chest i.e pleural effusion.
once the kidney returns to normal functions it will be automatically get cured....you may need fluid tapping once it is too much to disturb lung expansion causing breathlessness.
