Suffering From Cold & Flu

hi, so last week i had a pretty bad cold and i seemed to be getting over it. after day 5 my ear started hurting while my flu like symtems were leaving. unfortunatly i woke up today and it is in throbing pain and i was bleeding out of my ear. what can i do

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of getting over the bad cold, but after 5 days the ear started hurting.
You got the throbbing pain and bleeding from the ear in the morning on waking up.
Wants to know what you can do.
I would advise you the following:
-Rush to the Doctor or the ER to get a clinical examination to be done.
This is most probably due to acute otitis media and needs a proper treatment with an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and antihistamine medicines.
Get a proper treatment till you are cured.
Do not do anything at home, you need a proper prescription based medicines.
