Suffering From Cramps And Severe Stomach Pain

I feel a sharp pain in my stomach and it's been going on for about 12 hours at least. I can't sleep and it is currently 3am. I tried to force myself to vomit and produce stool and nothing works. The cramps are very bad and it's a sharp pain in my abdomen/stomach area and tracing lower perhaps to my testacles and rectum. Please help I am in a lot of pain.

Hi!
You forgot to mention the site of pain which is imp for probable diagnosis so if you could revert back to me with detail I can guide u better . Anyways whatever detail you have provided points toward ureteric caculi . may be real as well. but proper diagnosis can be made after clinical examination n investigation includingUSG whole abdomen
CT , blood n urine.
So take anti spasmodic ,analgesic , PPI. n visit surgery dept for further management .

Thanks n regards
