Suffering From Cramps In Pelvis,low Back Pain, Nausea And Gatritis

I m worried that I m pregnant. I had a weird period 2 weeks ago and my pregnancy tests have come out negative. The symptoms that I m having are cramps low in my pelvis, low back pain, nauseous, food aversions, peeing a lot, gassy, very bloated, and moody. Please help me figure out what s going on.

In my opinion get an ultrasound and bHCG level testing done because it can be an early pregnancy or or a tubal ectopic pregnancy.
Get the reports and visit your gynecologist.
