Suffering From Dry Cough, Lungs Showed Increased Bronchovascular Markings. Done X Rays. What Does It Mean?

I am suffering from dry cough for more than 2 weeks now, it sometimes increases and sometimes decreases. Yesterday, my doctor told to do a chest x ray and it reported "Both lung fields show evidence of increased broncho vascular markings". I have a history of acute bronchitis. I dont have any chest or nasal congestion currently and no fever also.

1. if you are smoker either active or passive the stop smoking immediately
2. if your occupation is in dusty area please use facemask
3.use facemask while driving on dusty roads
